Mr. Harmon focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Rabinowitz, Lubetkin & Tully, he clerked for the Honorable Jose Fuentes, in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a law student, Mr. Harmon served as an Associate Editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He also participated in Seton Hall's Civil Litigation Clinic, where he assisted in the representation of families in foreclosure who were the victims of predatory lending schemes.
