Ms. Quinn concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights law. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation. In her bankruptcy practice, Ms. Quinn specializes in representing Chapter 7 bankruptcy Trustees. Ms. Quinn has also represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and other parties-in-interest in insolvency and reorganization-related matters. Ms. Quinn's representation has included not only prosecuting bankruptcy adversary proceedings on behalf of Chapter 7 Trustees, but also defending parties-in-interest in adversary proceedings.

In addition to federal court civil litigation, Ms. Quinn is adept at litigating state court matters. Ms. Quinn's diverse general civil litigation experience ranges from complex contract actions to mortgage foreclosures. Prior to joining RLT, Ms. Quinn also handled varied personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs.
