RLT is pleased to announce that on March 3, 2014,Jay L. Lubetkin will be a featured presenter at the National Business Institute’s seminar entitled Commercial Lease: Negotiating Key Provisions. Jay will educate attorneys on the variety of ways the filing of a bankruptcy can affect the parties to a commercial lease. Specifically, Jay will discuss: (1) how the bankruptcy of a commercial tenant affects a lease; (2) bankruptcy considerations during lease negotiations; and (3) requirements for assumption of a lease or rejection of a lease. The seminar will take place at the Doubletree By Hilton Newark Airport Hotel on Frontage Road in Newark. The seminar starts at 9 a.m. and 7.2 NJ CLE credits are available for participants.
